PABS Foundation is a National non – profit organization, operating from Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra aiming at providing livelihoods towards elevating the orphanage children by building their capacities through education and the requisite skillsets, so as to make them independent, once they “age out”. PABS believes in “empower and educate children, to drive change”. We are here to accomplish our Mission with a holistic Vision. PABS was formed with a clear direction to impart the living skills in the orphanage children, so as to make them capable of finding an employment and thus a decent livelihood.

Government certified skill development training
Conducting training for overall development of children aged 12 years and above.
Conducting training for their communication development.
Basic of computers and Programming languages for interested children
Support distance learning for 10th / 12th / bachelors and master's degrees
Elevating them before leaving orphanages with requisite skillsets
Assist the trained children in job placements to start earning for their living
OUR OBJECTIVE'S
- To provide and encourage orphan children to kindle their potential by providing creative opportunities and help them become members of society.
- To provide training along with basic education (if required)and skill development training with government certifications at PABS training center’s well-equipped laboratories and apps.
- Assist children with securing a job/career.
- For orphaned children from remote areas without access to PABS training centers, PABS trainers and volunteers shall impart the necessary skill development training by visiting such orphanages.
- To accomplish overall skill development and secure job opportunities for orphaned children.
- To carry out cultural activities for the promotion of peace and harmony and by including the advancement of other objectives of general public utility.
